The Partners


W Christopher Kreicker, CFA

Chris is one of the founding partners of Chadds Ford Wealth Partners, LLC. His wealth management experience extends over 25 years with deep expertise in portfolio management for individuals, trusts, estates and institutions. Additionally, Chris has over 10 years experience leading the investment advisors of a wealth management investment organization. Click to read further.

Prior to founding Chadds Ford Wealth Partners, Chris was Group Vice President and the National Investment Advisory Lead for Wilmington Trust Company. Chris worked for the company for 17 years in a variety of positions starting as a Portfolio Manager working primarily with high net worth clients. He was promoted several times during his tenure with the company, first to leader of the DE Investment Advisors of the firm and ultimately to senior leadership positions.

Chris participated in all the investment decision making committees within the Wealth Advisory Services Department.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust Company in 2001, Chris played roles as an Investment Advisor and Private Banker for PNC Advisors during his seven year tenure there. He also held commercial and investment banking positions with Dauphin Deposit Bank & Trust.

Chris holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Valparaiso University and is a Chartered Financial analyst.

Christopher R Madel, CFA

Chris is one of the founding partners of Chadds Ford Wealth Partners, LLC. His wealth management experience extends over 30 years with deep expertise in portfolio management for individuals, trusts, estates and institutions. Additionally, Chris has over 10 years experience managing a division of a wealth management investment organization. Click to read further.

Prior to founding Chadds Ford Wealth Partners and after a brief retirement period, Chris was Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Implementation for Wilmington Trust Company. Chris worked for the company for 19 years in a variety of positions starting as a Portfolio Manager working with high net worth clients and institutions. Chris was promoted several times during his tenure with the company, first as Section Manager of the Private Banking Asset Management Group and ultimately to an executive leadership position.

Chris participated in all of the investment decision making committees within the Wealth Advisory Services Department. He was also the Wealth Advisory Services Department Officer in charge of interfacing with various industry regulators including the OCC, NY and DE State regulators among others.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust Company in 1998, Chris was a Portfolio Officer in the Private Asset Management Department of Mellon Bank in Philadelphia. There he managed a variety of personal trust and investment management accounts for high net worth clients.

Chris has also been an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) since 2010. Arbitrators are empaneled to decide industry disputes among investors, investment firms and employees of investment organizations.

Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from West Chester University, a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University, and is a Chartered Financial analyst.

Ron Logue, CPA

Ron joined Chadd's Ford Wealth Partners, LLC in 2025. His wealth management experience extends over 25 years, with expertise in financial planning, estate planning and trust administration. Click to read further.

Prior to joining Chadds Ford Wealth Partners, LLC, Ron was a Senior Vice President for Wilmington Trust Company where he led wealth management teams providing financial advice to ultra-high net worth individuals and multi-generational families throughout the United States.

Ron served on a number of advisory, compliance and strategic planning committees within Wilmington Trust’s Wealth Advisory Services department.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Ron was an auditor for KPMG, providing risk and assurance services to financial services and not-for profit organizations.

Ron has served on the Board of Trustees for the Delaware Museum of Nature & Science since 2012. He has also served on the Advisory board for Widener University’s School of Business Administration.

Ron holds a master’s degree in taxation, with a concentration in Financial Planning from Widener University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Widener, where he graduated summa cum laude, and was named class Salutatorian. Ron is a Certified Public Accountant.
